Organ Expansion Fund

Prince of Peace is embarking on a project to add more pipes to our organ to expand our organ’s low and middle sounds as well as offer more color choices in those ranges. While the organ currently leads congregational singing well, it struggles to work well to accompany soloists and choirs or play music of the romantic and modern eras.

In addition, the renovation would include a new blower motor.

Thankfully the new console can be modified to continue to serve as the “brain” or control center for the instrument. And almost all the original pipe work will remain in the instrument.

How much will this cost? The modifications will cost $500,000. We have already received some significant lead gifts towards this goal.
